1985 Custom Cape Island Trawler 43
The Duc de Kent was built as a fishing vessel in New-Brunswick according to plans of cape Islanders in 1972. In 1984-1985, the vessel underwent a complete restoration including covering the entire hull and deck with several layers of GRP, new engine and a myriad of other changes and improvements. Equipped with a 2-stroke 212 HP diesel engine. The quality of restoration is exceptional, particularly in the details. This vessel is equipped for long-distance cruising at 10 knots. The Duc de Kent is also unique, no other vessel quite like her. Classic lines, lots of teak on deck and inside, excellent layout, comfortable and safe.
