1984 Hunter 34

Rothesay, New Brunswick, Canada

C$29,500

The present owner of 20 years has lovingly maintained this boat and its in above average condition for its Age and type.

The Hunter 34 is a fast boat, particularly in light air. This is due almost entirely to her huge rig, which towers over 51' above the waterline. Owners report that in winds of from seven to 12 knots, the boat is practically unbeatable in club racing. The typical PHRF rating of 135 for the deep keel boat is faster than most other cruiser/racers of her size.

She has sleeping accommodations for up to 7. In the bow is the Vee Berth which is 6’6” long and 6’ wide. Aft and to port in the forward cabin a hanging locker and to starboard 2 cupboards. Aft is the forward cabin privacy door. Aft and to starboard is a head with an electric toilet, sit down shower. Opposite is the sink and vanity with storage above and below. The main saloon features a U shaped dinette with a table that drops down to make a double berth and storage outboard with cane sliding doors. To port is a 7’ single berth settee with storage outboard also with cane sliding doors. Aft to starboard is a U shaped galley with 2 burner, gimbled  alcohol stove with oven, large top loading ice chest, deep double sinks with hot and cold pressure water and ample storage. To port is the nav station with storge inside and a wine cupboard outboard. Aft is a bulkhead and privacy door to the aft cabin with a double berth and hanging locker.
